African States Alliance (ASA) welcomes you to our website, africanstatesalliance.org. We would like to set out our agreement ("Agreement") for the use of our website with you.

Throughout this Agreement you will be known as "User." The service and website we provide will be referred to as "African States Alliance." A "User" is defined as a Citizen or Consumer.

African States Alliance (ASA) is a platform that facilitates communication and a possible financial transaction between a User for services related to political advocacy, and professional development among other services.

African States Alliance (ASA) is the platform for the voiceless to voice their true thoughts and those who seek to professionally develop. The organization does not guarantee that the User will successfully achieve the goal of persuading government officials to improve or develop policies that effectively meet the needs of the User.

User understands and acknowledges that there is a charge or fee to User for the use of Service(s).

By signing up for African States Alliance (ASA) you agree that you consent to receive communications from us electronically and or by phone regarding website related information.

African States Alliance (ASA) may occasionally send text message offers and alerts.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize African States Alliance (ASA) to send text messages to your mobile device. You understand that text messaging rates may apply to any messages received from African States Alliance (ASA).

User unconditionally and absolutely agrees to indemnify and hold African States Alliance (ASA) fully harmless from any, and all liability arising from use of service not offered by the organization’s team member(s).

African States Alliance (ASA) may change the Agreement at any time.

African States Alliance (ASA) further reserves the right to discontinue the website without notice. African States Alliance (ASA) reserves the right to change the company name and domain name at any time, and all contracts will carry over to the new name. User agrees that African States Alliance (ASA) shall not be liable to User or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service. User acknowledges and agrees that any termination of service may be without prior notice and agrees that African States Alliance (ASA) may immediately delete data and files in the User account and bar any further access to the files.

If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect as written, the parties intend for any arbitrator construing this Agreement to modify or limit such provision so as to render it valid and enforceable to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Any provision not susceptible of such reformation shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent of the law. Furthermore, the provisions of this Agreement are severable, meaning that if any part is found to be unenforceable or inoperable, then such provision will be deemed severed, and all other parts will remain fully valid and enforceable.

African States Alliance (ASA) is made to serve you, and we back that up with our return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from africanstatesalliance.org, contact us within 30 days, and we will give you a replacement or refund. While we hope it does not come to that, we will make it as painless as possible with our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

 

*Only digital document transactions are final and do not qualify for the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

 

All User transactions are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement. A User cannot reveal any part of a transaction to a third party unless written consent is obtained. Transactions are private, which benefits both parties in coming to a solution to resolve a dispute. African States Alliance’s (ASA) exception would be compliance with any civil, criminal, or legal proceedings.
